Automotive Acrylic Plus Attachment Tapes
3M Automotive Attachment Tapes are grey, acrylic foam tape with high
performance acrylic adhesive. This tape demonstrates good peel and shear
adhesion, along with good conformability and plasticiser resistance.
Typical applications include emblems, nameplates, badges and other
lightweight mouldings and trims.
A range of black, high performance, double-coated acrylic foam tapes.
These OEM approved tapes are designed for reliable attachment of a
wide variety of automotive exterior and interior trim, including body side
mouldings, claddings, rocker panel mouldings, wheel flares, bumper
trim and most other automotive trim. Due to the narrower width of
6386 (6.35mm) it is recommended that this be used for wheel flares
or other less demanding applications.
