A tough, high performance rubberised aerosol undercoating.
Provides rust-proofing and sound deadening for a variety of
applications, including fenders, quarter panels, door panels,
repaired sections, welded joints, hoods and decklids.
A coating designed to provide chip and abrasion resistance to rocker
panels, as well as match the OEM texture that must be replaced after
collision repair. This coating has a smooth to medium texture. Must be
applied over a 2-part epoxy primer (1-part primers or 2-part urethanes
will not work in every instance). Paintable in 30 minutes. If painting after
24 hours, scuff lightly before applying paint.
Use with 3M 8801 applicator gun; refer 3MApplicators pg 71.
