3M™ DBI-SALA® Confined Space HC (High Capacity) Vehicle Counterweighted Base is constructed of powder coated aluminium  and attaches to the vehicle via 50 mm, 1-7/8", or a  2" hitch ball.  Integrated adjustment features provide flexibility during installation.  When used as part of our complete system, this base meets the requirements of EN795:2012, EN1496:2006, CEN/TS 16415: 2013, and AS/NZS 5532.

The 3M™ DBI-SALA® Vehicle Hitch Mount Sleeve is designed to connect to an attendant vehicle with a hitch ball coupler to provide a portable anchor point for confined space entry/retrieval, rescue and fall-arrest systems.
