The pull-on design, in combination with multiple adjustable straps, will provide you with the desired fit. While the patella shield acts as an added layer of protection for the knee cap, the material makes it fit for use over long hours and keeps the product free from odour. Equipped with gel cushioning, patella shield, adjustable straps and a pull-on design, this knee support can help provide relief from general soreness, sprains, strains, swelling. It can also support your knees during intense physical activities like biking, hiking or playing sports as well.
Step 1. Lay support over knee, smooth side against skin. Place gel pad below patella. Wrap middle strap under kneecap and attach hook fastener to support.
Step 2. Wrap each of the two remaining outside straps under knee and attach them to support. Adjust until fit is firm, yet comfortable.
Step 3. Adjust closures of gel pad to achieve desired location and compression.
