3M-Matic™ Adjustable Case Sealer a80f is an adjustable and fully automatic case sealer built with 3M™AccuGlide™ 2+ Taping Heads for low-impact sealing to protect cases from damage. This side belt adjustable case sealer seals up to 30 cartons per minute and is constructed to allow adjustment across a wide range of carton sizes with top flap compression rollers for a tight seal.
Consistent Taping from Top to Bottom
3M-Matic™ Adjustable Case Sealer a80f is a fully automatic case sealer with 3M™AccuGlide™ 2+ Taping Heads, capable of sealing 30 cases per minute. We engineered this to be a durable adjustable case sealer that manually adjusts to handle multiple box sizes. In addition, our 3M™AccuGlide™ 2+ Taping Heads allow for low-impact sealing to prevent case damage. Traction-grip drive belts located on each side of the 3M-Matic™ Automatic Adjustable Case Sealer a80f center and stabilize boxes for accurate top and bottom taping. Flaps are automatically folded and securely sealed with the top flap compression rollers. We designed this carton sealing equipment to seal carton lengths from 152mm to 610mm, widths of 114mm to 546mm and heights from 114mm to 540mm.

This side belt case sealer easily adjusts height and width for a wide range of regular slotted cartons (RSC) and has a centrally-located emergency stop on each side for quick and easy access.
Optional features include: Lockable casters for easy movement, powered infeed conveyor, guard access door on both sides, low tape indicator and tape application monitor.
