3M™ Polyester Film Tape 850, 0.05 mm polyester film tape with acrylic adhesive.
3M™ Polyester Film Tape 850 can generally be used for splicing and applications where chemical resistance and/or clean removal is necessary. The backing has a transparent polyester with a thin layer of aluminium. The 3M™ Polyester Film Tape 850 also features a thin but high strength film that helps to reduce failures to due to breakage while meeting low caliper requirements. It is also designed to help with chemical resistance and features protection against abrasion.
