During his annual consultation, a 38 year old male patient complained of slight tenderness when biting on an existing restoration in the 36. After a comprehensive examination, the 36 revealed marginal weakness with failing margins on the distal aspect and poor aesthetics in addition to the above mentioned tenderness.
