Corporate Contributions Program
3M Australia's Corporate Contributions program provides cash and product
donations in four areas:
- Educations focusing on maths, science and business
- Health and human services focusing on strengthening families and youth development through parenting, job training, and prevention programs
- Art and culture focusing on organisations with strong education and community outreach programs and cultural diversity
- Environment focusing on bio-diversity and climate change (requests accepted by invitation only)
We look for broad-based community support, a reputation for high-quality service delivery and measurable results.
We do not consider requests for:
- Individuals
- Religious, social, veterans or military organisations
- Advocacy and lobbying efforts to influence legislation
- Travel for individuals or groups
- Purchase of equipment which has not been manufactured by 3M
- For-profit organisations
- Endowments
- Disease-specific organisations or treatment
- Film/video productions
- Scholarship funds
Generally, we do not award grants for:
- Organisations not located in 3M Australia communities
- Conferences, seminars, workshops or symposiums
- Fundraising, testimonial, athletic and special events
- Emergency operating support
- Funding a program or project beyond three years
- Individual schools
- Hospitals
